External painting was the first port of call to give the house a new look and feel as the old paint was worn, faded and had lost a lot of its colour. Next we looked at the floors inside and out and re-polished both the patio and upstairs floorboards to make them look new and inviting and to keep the upstairs of the house cool during summer.
A new kitchen with modern benchtops and cupboards along with new gas stovetops, oven and dishwasher gave this house a modern look with old-school charm.
Downstairs saw us create an inviting and airy living area. The white tiling enabled us to keep downstair open with natural light along with being a cool escape in the heat of summer with large doors and windows to enable the cool summer breeze to easily make its way through the downstairs rooms.
Stylish LED downlights added to the modern look of this older Queenslander along with helping the new tenants save some money on the power bills.
